Country Sampler 1987 Antique Shop, formerly at the lights in Oakwood is now located at 954 Highway #7 in Oakwood, 1/4 km east of the old location (across from the church).
The new shop is a virtual wonderland of visions from the past with beautiful antiques, glass and memorabilia. There is plenty of parking and more open floor space with many more unique pieces to offer. Country Sampler originally opened its doors in 1987 and this year is gearing up for a very busy Spring & Summer season.
When asked why anyone would want to purchase antiques, the owner, Jan, responds, "If taken care of properly, antiques make a nice mini investment and certainly a conversation piece and a beautiful addition to many homes".
